Absolutely appalling customer service. Been promised a call back on Monday but no call back. Been trying to book a 5 night break to Las Vegas for 5 people in December so it looks like to me that they are not interested in the £2,600 worth of business so unlucky another travel agents have had that cash now. Will definitely not be doing anything with this lot again. And I can't give it zero star rating as it will not let me post this review 🤬🤬

Absolutely appalling customer service. Been promised call backs but no response. Advertise great holidays but not transparent. Been trying to change out holiday details but no advice given and never get back to me. I was told that because I didn't go into the shop I was not a priority. Why advertise in social media? Never will I go back there again.

Called up to request some prices / information on a couple of holidays I was interested in. They said they'd call or email me to give me their best prices. That was over a week ago - still haven't heard anything. Lack of interest over the phone as well.

After booking a long awaited holiday to New York city we got a good deal with Nassa Travel. We booked the holiday in Feb 2019 to go in Jan 2020. Unfortunately 1 of the original party had to pull out so we messaged Jayde straight away to be told you can't do a name change even tho the holiday had not been booked by then. I called a friend who used to work as an agent who told me yes they can so after a few phone calls and a nasty review on Nassas site we got a message asking us to take it off plz and the name change would be sorted and £50 each off our Holiday. Happy days we thought. Realised we needed a twin room now so started messaging in September. Was told numerous times it would be sorted by the time we went. Arrived at the Roosevelt Hotel to be told nothing had been sorted. Took 2 days of sharing a bed by step daughter and my sister till we complained and moved to a twin room. Will not book again with Nassa as their customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across

Very helpful travel agency. Will help you to look for a deal or will undercut most others agency's. Check with these first to see if they can give you a better price on a trip even from a different provider.

Myself and my partner have tried ringing constantly but no answer. Have sent a message on Facebook but no response. What’s the point of advertising these deals on Facebook if you can’t get hold of anybody to enquire about it. Waste of space!!

Appauling service dont answer the phone or emails. Promise to support customers but dont keep to their word, I have been battling for 8 weeks to change/refund a holiday and keep being promised that it will happen but it doesnt.

Booked once but the holiday was cancelled due to Thomas Cook closing. When booking I was told if I pay to reserve seats on the plane and Thomas Cook does go under I would get my money back, so i paid for the seats. When it came to getting a refund I struggled to get through to anyone for weeks but then was told by the staff I couldn't get a refund for the seats & unfortunately i couldn't speak to Jayde because she's never there. No help from this awful company, but the service through thomas cook to get a refund was great, thankfully I received a full refund for my holiday except the money paid for the plane seats. They told me this money would have been held by Nassa and I would have to claim it from them. £40 odd wasn't worth the stress of trying to communicate with this company anymore so Nassa kept my money. I wrote a review on their Facebook page and received messages saying I was ruining her child's future which was extremely weird and disturbing. I would advise her to be a good role model and make an honest living, not keep people's money they have worked hard for. Definitely would avoid this company, I've learned the hard way but paying a little extra to go directly with companies such as TUI is definitely worth it.
