I had ordered currency and went in to collect it. Was a bit taken aback by the staff member shouting down the shop at me that I had to wait 15 minutes. "She can't do it, I am on a call". I said I had ordered currency and I was on my lunch break so I was sold my currency as the client was on hold but I won't bother to use that branch again. The staff in the Pontardawe branch are much nicer.
