5 stars for the product which was engraved beautifully and for customer service which I have found second to none. I ordered the pink diamond paperweight as a gift for my mother to give to my daughter. Lynne has been very understanding and helpful, communicating with clarity and in a timely manner. I received the diamond within a couple of days of being engraved and before the expected delivery date. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been dealing with Trophies2u for several years now and have been very impressed with their service and professionalism!

Coming up to 3 years ago, a colleague of Westray Recruitment Group who had worked for us for 16 years, suddenly passed away from a cardiac arrest in our office car park. To honour his memory and to potentially help save someone else’s life, we have recently had a defibrillator installed on the outside of our office, for which we wanted a commemorative plaque to go alongside it. This is where Lynn came in.
There were a number of different options that were available to us, both in terms of colour and engraving, and her response times were excellent – we actually received the plaque the following day after having confirmed the order.
The finished product is absolutely beautiful to say the least and the plaque now sits proudly outside of our office. Myself and the whole team at Westray are so thankful to Lynn for providing us with something that is very close to all of our hearts, and I know that Glen would be extremely grateful too. His wife actually works for us and she thinks it’s absolutely beautiful!

BRT have, not once but twice in just a few weeks, proven themselves to be cheerfully and routinely capable of miracles. With all the current uncertainty around events at the moment, we needed a flexible and willing partner to help fulfil our 400+ awards requirements at very short notice for our international environment awards event scheduled for Westminster. Although there were many other obstacles to the organisation of the event, BRT ensured that our winners were given beautifully engraved trophies in a complicated array of colours and sizes with absolutely no fuss, a permanent cheerful can-do attitude and at fantastic value. The Green Organisation is hugely grateful for the exemplary service BRT provided.
