A friend recommended this place for Golf medals. So glad he did I found the two brothers Jerry and Steve who run the establishment to be be most helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable too. Will recommend to all my golfing buddies! Keep up the good work!

I could not get my key to work to get into the shop I work for.
Despite the fact that he was very busy he came out straight away to look at the lock and fixed it there and then! He did not charge me for this.
Thank you Nolans for this very kind gesture and swift professional service.

What a great guy Kenny is along with Gerry who covers from time to time. I went in a couple of years ago with my daughters christening gifts , plated goblet, egg cup spoon & mug, although they don't normally touch this they gave it a go and I was able to take these items across to her in Australia, fantastic. I've popped in and got other things over the past couple of years and Kenny has put himself out to help. A couple of weeks ago I had a project to repair and mount one of the Tower of London Poppies for St Mary's Church and had found an old bed leg which had a metal plate with with black composite 2.5mm thick and I needed to do the same the opposite end. I went in there and he gave me heel used for shoe repairs and I was able to finish the project and the poppy has taken pride of place back in the chancel in time for Remembrance Day. Thank you for your kindness Kenny. Val

Walked in to ask for a key cutting.. Shopkeeper was very unhelpful and said he could not do it that day. Could barely make eye contact and didn't even look up from what he was doing. Very odd and unwelcoming encounter, it almost felt like I was annoying him by asking (even though this is what they sell!). Also quoted £10 for 1 key which seems like quite a lot..

I got a number plate for my bed room, very good quality and the gentleman that owns the place is a very nice lad.

Would like to do a massive shout out to Nolan’s on Rickmansworth High Street. I’ve often been in there to have keys cut and noticed all the trophies in there so when my late Fathers Pool trophy was broken accidentally by my little boy I took it in there in the hope he could fix it for me after many failed attempts by myself. He spent days fixing it for me after I expressed it wasn’t worth any money but how precious it was to me and irreplaceable. When I went to collect it today he didn’t charge me as he knew how special it was to me because it was my Dads. I was so grateful and could’ve cried, I wanted to hug him! A true act of kindness and I’m so very very grateful, what an amazing person!

Needed a key cut for my 60 year old Lambretta and was told that getting one cut would be virtually impossible. Well, guess what? Thanks to Steve at Nolans in Rickmansworth, I did. Thanks Steve. Going to recommended you to all the Scooter Boys. 👍👍
