Iveco Heathrow

I give it one star as the system would not allow me to give less than that.
At the first basic service on my new van I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change although I had booked the service in advance. Furthermore, they soiled the engine bay through oil spillage and also broke a thread and spilled the coolant without replenishing it!
I am taking this further now with the head office and will go to Court if necessary. They can not treat a good customer this way!

Still awaiting an invoice for a payment which was made this Morning. The member of staff taking the payment for one of our vehicles repairs (wing mirror) advised he would send an email immediately after payment was made - as realistically it should have been received prior. This was at 07:45 - It's now 12:10 and still nothing!

This site is a total failure! They cheat, they no good! Leave the van for one day to disappear for a week! Leave for two days will disappear for two weeks! Tragedy!!!! You should employ people who have knowledge, if not the warranty I would fix it myself better and quicker. If not a HP I would Burn this van. Most people working there should be fired with small exeptions. If there was option zero stars i would give but no option.

Staff are friendly and helpful and quiet well organized supplied us with a coffee while we were waiting for our vehicle

If you have been cursed with owning an Iveco, but you value your time. Then don't come here. They will just waste your time with excuses. Shambles of a workshop. As reliable as the trucks themselves………..

Shame because the parts department are actually really helpful

Really nice person who gave me great customer service and the vehicle technician was also polite and helpful in taking the van of me to be repaired.

Great team spirit all the Staff go the extra mile.
