Was looking for Simply Cargo and its actually Trilogy

How is can be your drivers priority for unloading? Customers should be priority they are making you money. Some trilogy drivers and staff should go thru customer service learning… 3 forklifts and none are bothered to unload me. Very unhappy

I worked for this company for almost 5 years became warehouse manager on nights the company was aware that I was buying a hybrid car are one night I plug it into the EV charger and was sacked for misconduct so be aware to not be able to hold down staff or no proper managing skills

Unlike other couriers who have booking sorting office in India, trilogy is more like cal the UK and it's local areas. You get pretty fast response and each jobs being handled hi man's, so human errors can happen but much better come back from the errors than others. More expensive than other couriers but u get what you pay for and their service worth every penny.

Warehouse workers not helpful except one warehouse worker from other side. First time there to make delivery, none will show you procedure.

If you require a professional and friendly service then these guys are the go to people

One of the best freight forwarders at Heathrow. Parking is a bit limited for trucks but super helpful switched on staff.
