This company employ rude drivers who need to learn to have some more patience on the road!!! Disgraceful!
22/02/22 17:45 on the Wells Road. From previous reviews it looks like this isn’t the first time this has happened!!!

We Cant recommend these guys highly enough. We were let down by a previous company we had booked with. I rang PGC who bent over backwards to help us. They fitted us in at very short notice.

sorry to be leaving a bad review as I have used this company without issues in the past but when Lara Cook accuses me of being confrontational because I dont accept her false statement that my warehouse was shut when it wasnt; and denies lying? (they didnt even have the whole delivery address from the supplier which seems to be the root of the issue) then I can only feel mistreated. The supplier tried to incur me storage fees because of this. Also communications was very poor with many emails unanswered and twice on the phone staff could not transfer me to the correct person or they were unavailable

Fast service,nice staff.I work there.I know😜.Entrance for HGV-s is not trough the village.Is trough Leighton Lane directly from A371.Or you will have a hard time to turn in the village.

Lovely staff both in the office and warehouse. Quickly loaded and no hassle. Would recommend. I work with 10s of thousands of units from loads of warehouses for my events business and pg are always easy

One of their drivers decided to change lanes in queues in central Bristol not because he needed to - changed back again later like he was in a mini not in a 16m artic. I was alongside when he started indicating. Had to sound my horn as he was on course to crush me against the wall of the underpass. He started carrying on sounding his horn etc. as if I had done something wrong. It's not like I could have let him in - I had no choice but to keep going to avoid getting hit. If that wasn't bad enough 15 minutes later when he passed me he was leaning out of his window making obscene gestures instead of concentrating on his driving - mentality of a five year-old.

In case management are looking - is this the sort of person you want driving your branded lorries around - impolite, unprofessional and unsafe? The incident took place on 10/09/2021 around 5.40 pm. heading South towards the Wells Road on Temple Way in Bristol.
