Really friendly service, though somewhat difficult to communicate sometimes - but they didn't get our orders wrong, which was the main thing!

Pictures is "Mount Waffles" - really good value, 2 waffles worth, 3 choices of gelato, 2 sauces + 2 toppings for £7.50. Really nice, waffles are super fresh. Wait for food is 10-15 mins though it was dead when we were there, the two times we've been it's been dead.

The rice pudding was gorgeous but a little pricey.

On the whole I love dessert places and this beats Kaspa's just up the road on environment (it's way quieter), food freshness, price/value and service. You get a feel that they genuinely care for you here, and that's lovely.

Absolutely disgusting service from this shop!
Calls himself a manager🤣 first order turns up with missing kebabs, they then argue to say it was all there, but even the driver confirmed they was missing!
They then said they would make fresh, turned up with the missing kebabs both reheated, salad piping hot! Not normal!
Do not order from this shambles! Very rude manager, overall had taken two hours! I’d rather eat dog food!!

Beautiful food tonight. Have ordered from here a few times and every time the food has been cooked to perfection. Thank you!

Ordered again recently and I can now confirm this place has the best cheesy chips in Colchester!!!!

USED to be the best in Colchester. Then something dramatic happened around 2017.
And i have to say it quickly become one of the the WORST kebab shops in Colchester. However I have tried again tonight and i am pleasantly surprised.
There is still lots of room for improvement to get back to the high standards where they used to be.
It is a real shame as my family and friends all used to use this place regularly and the food was the best in town hands down.
But i am hoping the improved food quality today could be a sign of better things to come.

I made an order at 1 am via Uber Eats and was told by 1:55 am I would receive my order. Which never ended up arriving in the end, despite me calling the store multiple times and being reassured the driver was on the way each and every time. This was kept up until the store closed at 4am. Terrible service. Will no be offing from here again. Do not look at this as an option for a late night meal.

I ordered my meal at 18:39 today and ordered a burger delight with burger sauce. It arrived at 19:16 and had bbq sauce so I phone to get a replacement which arrived at 20:28. Then to open the box and it's just a quarter pounder with cheese and burger sauce no donner meat. I then phoned back to say about the wrong order and i was told on the phone at the person I was speaking to had made my burger himself and basically said that I was lying. He said he is to busy to send my correct burger it would take 2 hours or so. If I wasn't happy then I would get 10% off my next order. So disgusting because I have no reason to lie knowing I would have to wait even longer for the correct burger. Disgrace, I actually order a lot from here but how they handled tonight was appalling. If I could give a 0 star then I would. Just for tonight's service.

Cancelled my delivery with zero notice and zero reason. Would love to give a review of the food, but it’s easier to get a KFC off of my cousins who live in North Korea. Waste of time. Don’t bother ordering unless you are looking someone in the eye. Horrible place if you live more than 10 yards from the front door.
