Lamb donner was OK, but disappointed with service. I asked for a large donner and chips and staff didn't recommend I could get the meal deal for the same price which included a drink. Good customer service would be to give the customer the best deal!

Good food, choice of lamb and chicken or mixed shish and doner kebabs and pizzas. Portion size is good and service is quick. Friendly staff, hygienic and well lit ambience. Only take away. Open till late. You can choose your sauces and veggies.

Got ripped off from this place last night. Asked for a 1/2 burger he charged me £7.00 I sat down then asked him if that includes chips when it says on the board or does. He said no. He then charged me £1.50 for chips on the side. The burger was burnt the salad was brown. I will not be going back. Absolutely appalling

One man in Aberystwyth branch is aggressive, angry and jokes on the customers. I have left the shop without ordering anything due to the bad attitude. When I called to complain, no action and seem to be the same man who answered

I just love to get food at small places, especially places like this. The meat is incredible. All their food is just so good. However, they only get 3 stars with me. The reason for this is because they are not very friendly. The place gets busy but it is no excuse to not be friendly. The way they put everything in is also not appealing. You can't really eat the sandwich with the bread wide open with too much of everything in it. In conclusion, perfect taste, inconvenient to eat
