Kumon Maths & English

A convenient local study Center with twice weekly sessions after school hours ,
My daughter was struggling to understand maths at school and Kumon was recommended by a friend ,
I found the Enfield Town Center and now after just 6 months she is so confident with her maths.
Her school teacher has commented on her improvement and that is thanks to the Kumon ,
She gets tests and I get updates on her progress and what's next. In fact she is more advanced than her school class.
The Kumon staff have a progression chart for every child according to their ability and the daily homework is getting my daughter in a routine that homework is to be done daily. 15 to 30 minutes per day.
I would recommend this Center for any parent looking to improve their child's learning.

My son has been studying Kumon Maths and English (Zoom session)since last 2 months and the improvement in him is unbelievable. When he started Kumon he was struggling to read even a small word and now he is able to read a whole story book himself.
Chris is a wonderful Tutor and she encourages not only my son and myself to work hard with his studies. She motivates him and he loves to be in her class .

Chrys is a fantastic tutor. My 5 year old daughter has been studying Maths with Kumon Enfield Town and within 8 months was learning 6 months above her school age. She gained a place on Kumon's Advanced Student Honour Roll and continues to enjoy learning and applying her knowledge with Kumon.

Chrys is brilliant. She has a clear understanding of my daughter's level and what she needs to do to progress. My daughter has been attending for around 7 months and she has made so much progress in her Maths and English. She is now working at her expected level and her confidence has grown so much. My daughters started 6 years ago and they are studying maths in Kumon. They are so happy while doing their maths. I see that Kumon helps my daughters to be more responsible for their own work, plans and what they are doing. Also one of my daughter do gymnastics and it helps with her time management. She is in year 7 but she has nearly finished all her courses. It’s a very good improvement in Kumon for them, in school and in everything.

My son started Kumon in Year 4, he had a good understanding of different operations but Kumon worksheets ensured regular math practice, developing a solid foundation and in turn increased his speed and accuracy. Progression tests at the end of each level gave my son a sense of achievement and belief in himself.

My daughter also stated Kumon in Year 1 and she is flourishing. The regular maths practice / routine of studying, has given her confidence and the ability to tackle work at school with ease. This will help her throughout her life not just at school.

I feel very fortunate to have met Chrys, who demonstrates a real passion for maths and teaching. She occasionally provides my children with repeat worksheets to ensure understanding of the topic and is very focused during class sessions to ensure pupils are working well. Our son has been doing English since February 2021 and the improvement in him is unbelievable! When he started Kumon he couldn’t read and just for couple months he is able to read by himself, and is just 5 years old.
Kumon is part of his after school routine and he does straight after coming back home without complaining.
