Kumon Maths & English

Both my children have attended this Kumon centre. Kumon maths has been instrumental in improving their ability and confidence. The team is very friendly and helpful. The centre manager is always happy to talk about progress or concerns. Like any academic method, Kumon can be divisive - some people like it, others don't - personally, I've found the small chunks of repetitive practice work incredibly well as students learn almost without realising.

My daughter attends the Kumon centre on the Drive in Ilford and I am very happy at how well organised it is and how helpful Renu is who runs the centre and the staff who run the centre with her. They put my daughter at ease and always make the children feel comfortable and confident to work hard and achieve. Kumon is the same at every centre but the support I have had from Renu, who runs the centre recently has been immense. If it wasn't for her encouragement and support I couldn't have kept my daughter in Kumon and attained the benefits of Kumon maths and English!

My children have been attending Kumon at various places for many years but this is the best centre they've been. Ms. Bassi and her team are very kind and polite with the children and always encourages them to progress to their best potential. They're very organised and flexible with the work set out to the children and always adhere to the child's needs. I'm really happy with my children's progress.

Renu is an excellent co-ordinator and instructor when it comes to Kumon, especially during these extraordinary times! Kumon has definitely kept my kids’ education on track and is continuing to do so. I really appreciate the efforts of Kumon, The Drive, Ilford!

We've had 1 other Kumon instructor and Renu is the best by far. She really understands the needs of the child and is available for advice and a helping hand. My daughter is flying through her reading groups at school and has grasped maths. We are so grateful. Keep up the good work Renu and the team.

Renu is an amazing tutor. My daughter is doing well and going at her own pace but still challenged, when she needs to be. She is excited about learning and Renu is very encouraging. Would highly recommend to all parents and children!

The kumon team here are brilliant with my 5 year old daughter. She started at 4 and has excel with the help of the team, which I can see with both her reading and confidence. Very please with the level of professionalism and communication. Her maths has also greatly improved with the help of the team.
