Totally disgusting customer service! Avoid this shop if you can. No respect for the customer what so ever. Quick enough to take your money but don't dare to try take something back. Have always used Penny's for all my kids school bits but after my experience of trying to return an unopened/unused item with the receipt I will never use them again! I'm surprised they are actually still trading after reading and hearing all the negative reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Went for boys blue school trousers age 9-10. They said they didn't have any in stock beyond age 7. Didn't offer to order any in for me. So went to Marks and bought some. Can't believe a small business can fail to stock and sell the basics. Then they'll wonder why more people don't buy local!

Very poor customer service in this shop. Overpriced and quality of items is of very poor standerd. Will not use again. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Your better of going elsewhere if you can!

I was pleased with the service I received today. She was very helpful and I picked up everything my daughter needed for school.

Really rude and slow!.. Came to collect a uniform and it was basically just thrown at me. Expect to hear "yeah" and "nah" quite a lot. Honestly. Go somewhere else that is more professional and at least polite.

I visited today after booking an appointment last week. Lovely and very helpful ladies in the store. They had noted the school and had everything ready for us to try on. All were wearing face masks, provided hand sanitisor and the shop was very clean and cool. Thank you!

Very rude and unprofessional staff who were not helpful at all. They do not have a card machine in this pandemic. They make you feel you're forcing them to sell the clothes to you. You cannot expect them to say please or thank you. Avoid this shop. It is much better to make the journey to somewhere else instead.
