Been waiting 2 and a half months for a pinafore. Said Premier-Ormskirk would phone. Phoned 14 times so far - continuously with no answer 07/01/2019. Bad business practice

Tried to return a school jumper that was all out of shape after 6 weeks. Awful response and customer service. Flat refused a refund. Will go to Whittakers in Southport from now on. Sometimes cheaper but always great customer service.. At Whittakers Southport..

Check the sizing, they have a different supplier, the school sweatshirts are significantly smaller than previously.
Not a helpful response from the owner, couldn't of been less helpful. Won't shop here again.

They had everything we wanted for the new school year and the lad that served us (Riley) knew everything we needed to know, knew by looking at my boy what size he would need and everything was as smooth as possible.

I've been shopping here for school uniforms for a number of years. The younger staff members are always great. When ordering I've found is easier to pop in to see if ready to collect, especially at peak uniform times. Quiet times of the year there is a pretty good standard ofcommunication and stock turnaround. Some of their suppliers quality isn't great. We've a blazer that's fabulous for 4 years old, with weekly washing, yet school leggings are very naff. Good quality shirts, skirts, trousers.

Received good customer service in store from the young floor staff in relation to the uniform in stock. Needed to order trousers and football socks and did this on 24/07/21. Still no call from store by 31/08 re my order so gave them a call. Was told they were too busy to speak to me and someone would call me back. I am aware that this is a busy time so no problem with this however no-one returned my call.
Rang again on 01/09 and when I eventually got through, I was told they couldn't get the order and I would need to go in for a refund.
It is now 2 days before the start of school and having rung around a number of other stores, I am without trousers!!
I have been told that staff were trying to source trousers and have not been able to do so but I don't understand why someone couldn't pick up the phone and let me know the problems so I had the opportunity to shop elsewhere. Upon asking the question, I was informed that all staff were too busy to make a 2 minute phone call in a five week period but with hindsight, someone should have let me know.
I appreciate I am only 1 customer and will have no impact on profit margins but to say I am disappointed by the appalling customer service is an understatement and I will not shop here again.

Pretty rude to be honest. went in to get all the work t-shirts made and he basically wasn't interested as the order qty was under what he could be bothered doing... he wasn't interested in my custom even less interested in trying to hide that he didn't want it. If I could leave no stars on the review I would. very glad to be taking my money else where.

Exceptional service received from Gent at Premier schoolwear when I needed to do last minute shopping . He was extremely busy with online orders , however went out of his way to be extremely helpful , much appreciated.
