Great shop. The only down fall is how slow the production is from staff. I "popped" in to collect my on line order (2 ties) and it took 20 minutes for the girl to find my order, then locate my order.

Every time I have to wait at least an hour before I can enter the store and there's always queue of at least 20 people outside. Every customer I was standing with were really angry because they were tired of waiting.

There isn't any other uniform store nearby else the customer would not bother coming to this store.

Great stock of uniforms. Only 2* due to poor customer service. Lack of supervisor in store.

Good service. The click and collect option is a time saver. The goods are somewhat overpriced and schools need to consider using multiple uniform providers to encourage competition.

Went to buy a school backpack. Was asked if I wanted standard or large, I asked to see both. Assistant, who had abit of an attitude, bought 2 bags over to show me and I told her I couldn't see the difference between them so I will go with the standard. Got to the till, where she banged the bag on the counter, and then she realised that the one she had got me was the large (so both she had shown me were in fact the same). Assistant seemed rude and did not care, seemed like she didn't want to be there. If it wasnt the fact that I needed school stuff which you can only get from top form then I would avoid.
