Absolutely brilliant company! I have been using them for my son for his school uniform for the last 4 years or so now, and they have been a lifesaver! Having a child that is way above average height and doesn't conform to normal sizing, finding a big selection of uniform that looks smart and most importantly feels comfortable for him to wear all day is a god send.
The staff there are always friendly, polite, really informative and forthcoming with any delay or stock issues. Refunds are dealt with swiftly, and emails are answered quickly. They are working, like the rest of us at the moment, with stock shortages, supply chain glitches, and generally life being a bit strange, so thank you for doing that so smoothly and helping make part of the job of being a parent a lot easier!

The products are at great quality but when you want to exchange an item, you dont get that option. So instead you have to return, they refund with £3.95 fee away from full refund and then you have to buy again with less money ... even if you just wanted a bigger or smaller size. Not really the greatest I think. Its a shame really because they know they can do it as there's no clothes in shop to try on.

After struggling to find school trousers for my son that fit both in the waist and legs, that were also pull up (he struggles with buttons and clasps). I asked mums on a facebook page who recommended Sturdy Kids. I am so happy to have found them, their customer service is fantastic, very quick responses with very helpful information. I ordered the trousers that they recommended and they arrived yesterday, They fit great, my son can pull them up and down himself, they aren't tight, but tight enough that they also don't fall down or lower when he sits down. Very Happy with our purchase and will definitely buy from here again! and tell all my friends who have struggled to find trousers that fit! Thank you
