Simply First Ltd

Used Simply first numerous times, used for daughter's nursery now for her school years. No issues at all with the quality and a fantastic service from Simply First. I now use the shop for my own novelty t shirts too as they do custom printing/embroidery.

I use Simply First for my business. Very good quality and reliable. Any issues that have arisen, Helen has always promptly sorted.

Very poor customer service. The lady serving at the counter is rude to say the least. It was bad enough the first time I visited to buy a school bag telling me that if I didn’t buy a certain style bag, my child would get beaten up by the other kids. The second time I popped in about a fleece and she had a go at me because I failed to mention it was for a child when I enquired as I was literally walking through the door. Bad attitude is an understatement!

Helen could not do enough for us. The end result was perfect too. Thank you.

Only came across Simply First recently, after experiencing an awful service from Morley’s for the 5th year running, I wish I’d have known about them sooner as I would have swapped years ago. Helen was polite and efficient and the quality is great. I will definitely be coming here in future!

Owner was rude, had a go at me for leaving it 3 weeks before the school started back, saying "I should order them as soon as they break up if not before".. I had never used them before so didn't realise they didn't actually hold stock.. Thankfully Morleys are supplying the uniform now, so I will be using those from now on... Customer service and being polite costs nothing!!
