I went early this morning to get my sons secondary school uniform as the shop is very busy and even has queues outside. The staff are very lovely and polite but most importantly they know their stuff, they took one look at my son and knew what size we would need immediately. Their uniform is good quality and they have plenty of stock available in a variety of sizes and designs. They also stock socks, kicker shoes and even do stationary. We have had a great experience here again (as I have bought my older children's secondary school uniforms from here as well) and will of course be coming back as my son grows and needs new uniform. I would highly recommend Bailwood and I'm sure you won't be disappointed like I wasn't.

Yesterday I came to do some school uniform shopping for the first time independently without my mum and the staff made less overwhelming for me as they were so kind and helpful. The staff were extremely slick and swift. They knew my exact size just by looking at me and i was able to get everything i needed much quicker than any other uniform shop i had previously been to. I would 100% recommended Bailwood to anyone who needs to get their school uniform and even though this is my last year of school i will definitely be coming back to get a few more bits for sixth form.

Nice family run business. They know the quality, make/materials and sizes of school uniforms they stock inside out, therefore, it’s easy to trust their judgment if you’re unsure of anything. Considering how busy it gets, service is very organised and quick. White Hall Clothiers has since closed next door and I expect Bailwoods to continue to thrive and remain a staple in the community. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been to this store twice. The first time was ok. The second time, the staff was very hasty and impatient, almost as if they wanted to get you out, to finish with you faster. Last night I wanted to go there for the third time to buy some clothes for my child's uniform. I got there by 05:14 p.m. It was already closed even though they had a schedule until 5:30 p.m. A man came to the door saw us but went back. I do not recommend! My sister introduced me to this store. Saw she was giving a review decided to do one aswell. I came in to get my daughters uniform as she started primary school last September and needed a few new bits. The staff was really helpful and friendly and interacted with my daughter well. They were really good with looking at her and knowing her size. Very reliable and always in stock. The shop was also really clean and tidy when I went in. Would definitely recommend.

I like this shop as they have all the sizes of the uniform and they provide excellent customer service. I would love to visit again to this shop for my nephew uniform. I enjoy exploring this shop as they have lots of different schools uniform which is quite hard to maintain all the sizes but they are doing it professionally.
