Great service! I have just been in to the shop to buy my daughters uniform. Ladies were all very helpful. Lovely quality Jumpers at a reasonable price. Much nicer than my experience with marks and spencer where you can only order online Love the fact we can come in and try everything on.

Picked out all school uniform ready to pay and realised price was a lot more than on what I thought was there website I asked the young girl if they matched the price and was told its a different company ( my mistake it was price and Buckland) I asked the girl what the difference in price is and she just said you can work it out for yourself if you want and walked off.another girl came over was very polite and helpful and I asked if you matched the price I had as was quite a difference she said she would go asked the first girl just told don't bother we won't match again walked out the back the second polite girl said she would still go check and came back saying sorry but no.i said thanks but no thanks not because of price in the end it was the first girls attitude I could still hear her maoning as I left.i have been in retail for over 25 years and have never seen such a lack of care or customer service and times are hard and people are struggling and with a attitude like the first girl had I think there shop will struggle too.big thank you to the second girl as at least she was polite

Great hours of service and mostly always have stock on demand.

Absolutely had the worse customer service experience. Was discriminated against as I was not wearing a mask, (I am medically exempt). Was refused service from one employer who then spoke to her colleagues about me whilst I was still in the shop. All three of the employees working all made a comment. I am in utter dis-belief that they all had the mentality to jump on the band wagon. Whilst I was on my own with my toddler.
