I ordered uniform from them 4 weeks ahead of term time and a week before I questioned why the name labels I had ordered still hadn't tuned up. I got told that they had been sent by their contractor just a week before a bank holiday weekend by second class post. Needless to say they still didn't turn up and a new set had to be sent via express delivery. What I found disappointing was that they kept on trying to blame the contractor even though i actually brought the labels through them. But it doesn't end there. As i had little time left to sew on labels, I had it sewn on through them. When i got the bag home, I found all of the socks, three shirts and all of the additional labels missing. Just really bad service with little accountability and no apology.

Stock management is poor and staff a bit grumpy but they try to help

Very good service

Poor in every area, narrow minded management, idiotic owners and really backwards and dated in the brain and how to work, operate and recruit.. Typically owners are more into how they spend on themselves than anything else.
