Our Ozzy had two operations on both his cruciate ligaments (plates and screws) Within 8 weeks of each other! He has made remarkable progress.
I can not thank the surgeons and all the vets and staff members enough that were involved. The wounds were so neat, did not weep or appear to have much swelling. Thank you so much.

Super respectful and kind when having to put down our dear boy out of hours. Sent us a special card and small gift and even informed our usual vets of what had happened. Thank you.

Stay away from Dr Simon Cook and Hannah Matson both have no knowledge when it comes to serious injuries and life they will kill your pet and feed Asda branded food, avoid at all costs they charged me over 3.6k just for my cat breathing and lied about he was in oxygen tank and when he was only in the tank for three days and not 5 days. The food was soo bad that I had to drop off my cat food to them and cooked meals. Absolutely disgraceful and kept telling they have too many patients to look after disgusting

Take your pets to Noal Fitzpatrick where they actually give love and cooked meals for your pets you love this place is dungeon that how they treated my cat and me absolutely rip off and rude nurses and have there own opinions and not my cats health inexperienced students.

Simon harassment has caused me big distress which has affected my mental health, while I was at the other hospital domino called me and shouting over the phone on telling me I’m disgusting owner.

We had a fantastic experience with the RBV and our dog. She had to have lots of tests, MRI, lumbar puncture. RVC were cheaper than most places by almost half and the care was exceptional. The vet students and senior staff all are caring and have excellent knowledge. I appreciated the senior vet, Daniel Ryan, taking time to call us in the evening to update us on her progress and keeping the door open for future conversations if we need to. Very grateful to the entire team. From first call to reception to leaving, all staff were kind and supportive.

We have had amazing care and treatment from Erin Brennan and her team. Everything has been explained thoroughly and we cannot recommend this amazing hospital and the work they all do. We are so grateful to the whole team.

I have 2 small dogs , one of them was admitted for some interventions and I have decided to walk around the other one . I saw the RVC restaurant and I have decided to takeaway something to eat , I haven’t eaten anything all day ! I hold my little one in my arms and went inside, the lady serving the food told me in a very rude way to take my dog out because “ dogs “ are not allowed inside ! I was shocked about the was she spoke to me .I looked around and my mind was you are in RVC campus , here should be about animals , the care and love for them not to be told in such a rude way to take my little one out ! And now my question what the students are learning in there ? That our dogs shouldn’t be allowed in public spaces because they are dirty ? I felt so upset and embarrassed especially that lots of students were looking at me and my little one ! At least the lady where you have to pay asked me if I am alright and she told me there is costa nearby and I can take my dog inside .this is just not alright , in a campus where is all about pets to be told to take my dog out it’s disgusting!
