Very accommodating. Shared pictures of torn leather sofa via WhatsApp and got bk to me straight away with an estimated priced. Mario kept to his word and called me bk to arrange to view sofa and collect. Collected both sofas from my parents house and did exactly what we wanted him to do which was fill the sofa with more foam/cushion and fix the tear. Was fixed and amended under five days. Sofas were returned looking brand new, polished and very well cushioned.
