Was told my car seat needed replacing and was beyond repair over a message (didn’t even take a look at it) YET another company repaired the rip in the seat in less than 3 hours and did a fantastic job! ! Clearly this business couldn’t be bothered to help. Shame. NOT recommended. So glad I found someone who cared.
