Called into his shop as couldn't reach him on the phone. Was told he'd come out to me which he didn't turn up. I left him a message he later told me he was busy (why wouldn't he let me know that instead of letting me wait in?) He said he would come the following day which he did. He came in his van & told me the way it works is he collects the items (which I had 2) but told me he couldn't take mine that day. He never called me after they or called back to take my furniture. Completely wasted my time.
