First time I have used these guys. My contact was with Harry who was very knowledgable and professional. I had a VW Passat with a gearbox that needed replacing along with new clutch and flywheel. I needed it done in a hurry for my daughter who needed the car for her work Harry very quickly got back to me with a firm quote and said he could have it done in a couple of days He really pulled all the stops to get it done. Fantastic job super fast and super efficient. Will be using him in future for my daughters and my wife’s VWs. Thanks Harry

At first I was not sure on taking my wife’s car, which is a seat mii because I never used a garage out side of dealership, as I thought I’d come back with more problems then when I went in and a huge bill for repairs.

I can honestly say Nirro is a very professional garage they put my worry’s at ease, especially Harry went through everything with me in detail and said
“we won’t work on the car if don’t need anything”

They never charged more than what was needed and even gave me a discount without asking.

WHITE SEAT MII (gear box auto)

I used Nirros for 3 years straight was a regular customer with them and they did fix my car on various different occasions.

I was very surprised when they tried to rip me off and that was my last time at Nirros.

I had an inlet manifold to change in the engine of my car and when I went to their reception /counter they asked me to take the part out myself in order for them to know if they had the right part because I'm not a mechanic I said I can't do that.

I called another mechanic and he said they are pulling your leg and that's the last time I have ever dealt with Nirros.

I got the problem sorted out with another garage.

I was a regular customer and stopped using them after that incident.

I don't know if they still do things like that I hope they have changed

Absolute diamond of a garage and parts department. I can't say nothing that hasn't already been said! Called Harry yesterday when my car broke down, got it recovered to them and fixed in less than 24hrs for an extremely reasonable price. Many thanks to Harry & the team, will look forward to the next bit of work i need doing. If your looking for a garage to look after your car and provide an exceptional service. Look no further!

The service I received from this Company is outstanding. I kerbed a wheel on my SEAT ruining both wheel and tyre. I sourced a second hand wheel (complete with great tyre!) at Nirro which was sent to my home address in Scotland and received within 48 hours - £120 all in. All contact with staff was fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful. 100% recommend!

Was very friendly when I arrived and offered great customer service. Had a nice waiting area that I sat in while I was waiting for my car to be done.
