Friendly and helpful on the phone. They went and got the part I wanted off the vehicle and checked it over for me before I left home to be on the safe side. When I got there it was a simple and straight forward transaction with a guarantee I could bring back the part if anything was wrong. Top service. Great guys. I had ordered seats over the space of two weeks. I paid the deposit on the first week. And the second week I paid the excess, the following Wednesday my parts arrived and they are not small! A little hick up with the delivery company but apart from that. The parts have arrived safe and sound and with good time. I will definitely use this company in the future! And would suggest anybody wanting car parts use ET Davies, Austin in particular has been very helpful and efficient with replying on emails and texts, as said before I will be using this company in the future.

Phoned them to see if they had a BMW prop shaft. I was asked to ring back in fifteen minutes, on ringing back I was informed they had one off the model I was looking for but suggested bringing the old one up to compare. On arriving at the yard spoke to the same person as on the phone and he immediately showed me the prop which was laid out ready to compare. The chap was very approachable and knowledgable with no pressure to buy. I was satisfied it was the right one and confirmed the price quoted over the phone which was very reasonable. A good efficient straightforward experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a gear box for my Suzuki swift and Staff were very nice and helpful and very honest about the part they sel. Highly recommend

Ordered rear glass for land rover tailgate . Austin was brilliant. New exactly what I needed . It was packed amazingly and sent same day . Can’t fault them but well recommend . I hope I don’t need too many more parts , but they will be the first call I will make
