Bought a Ford Focus estate from Jason and the team. First class service and I felt at ease throughout. A very pleasant buying experience. Excellent.

I recently purchased a qashqai for my wife's birthday and found the whole experience from viewing, buying etc. To probably be the best I've ever had when buying a car.

All the cars the chaps have are brilliantly prepared and presented as are they and their office.

No hovering over you whilst you look at the car, nor is there the hard sell when on a test drive.

Any small issues the car had prior to purchase (as expected with any used vehicle) have been sorted swiftly no issues at all and I was updated the whole time.

A first class experience and I would highly recommend buying from autoshop to any friends and family (or you!) I guarantee you won't be disappointed, as I certainly have not been.

Great after sales service. Bought a car from these guys. After a short while a small fault developed. I called them and they put it right immediately with zero argument. I would definately buy from them again.

It's was that time again, that I had to look for a new car, found something I like paid for it in full, but the car had a problem took it back was told that it was fixed but unfortunately wasn't I wasn't offered a courtesy car as they didn't have a auto for me to use. Nor did they send the V5 document away so when I taxed it was still in there name not mine! I felt let down by the car and let down by the service I received.

I bought Toyota Auris 2009 a year ago it’s my first car and I didn’t expect too much and was waiting for something to get wrong but in one year all I had to do is to change tires!! Took for MOT and service at Toyota garage everything is perfect!! Jason was very helpful and all the process was easy!! Highly recommend!!

Bought my Clio from them a couple of weeks ago, couldn't recommend them enough if there was a 6th star they deserve it. Jason was great made everything painless and easy to understand, being a new driver I was nervous about buying a new car yet after looking online and picking the car I wanted he had everything ready for me when I turned up, took it out for a test drive and that was it, 15 Mins later and all paid and paperwork done! That easy. Had to wait a week because it went in for a full service. But honestly these guys are great I will deffo be back in the future

Purchased a car last week I paid in full, and I collect the car after 1 week because they said that the service needs to be done and MOT.

After I've got the car and I ask about invoice to checkout the filters , seems that they took a week to change only 5 liters of oil and a oil filter.
Nothing else.

Disappointed

I had never heard of Autoshop before but I am pleasantly surprised by their excellent service. Jason is reliable and trustworthy. He resolved all issues I brought up and very happy with the car I bought.
