Sorry i have ever dealt with these guys , car was delivered with DPF fault , when i phoned up they said there was nothing wrong witb car and warning light must of just come on , that was not the case dpf completely blocked , they wanted me to take car back to them from Manchester to Feltham , i said thats not feasible i asked for my money back they said thats not a option , i said not fit for purpose and im getting ombudsman involved, now ignoring my calls and emails.

Spoke to guy on a Wednesday and arranged appointment to view car on Saturday and asked if it was sold before to please contact me and let me know so I don't travel for an hour and a half. Had no call so got up after working nights all week to go and view vehicle and he had sold it and not bothered to let us know. Wasn't apologetic and seemed put out that we had rang him to come and open up the yard. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

I purchased a Mini Cooper from this place in July 22, when I saw the car it needed a good clean but I saw the potential in it and the positive was it had a full MOT with no advisories. It drove fine and got me 200 miles home without any issues, BUT when I inspected the car properly the next day it was clear the MOT was not genuine and it had never been to the MOT place at the end of June. One tyre was fitted incorrectly with the direction arrow facing backwards?! A side indicator didn't work and when inspected the wires had been cut, 3 tyres were on the limit (but no MOT advisories?) and the exhaust was blowing in 2 sections. To me these were either MOT failures or would warrant an advisory. The car itself is fine (after spending money to get it right) but the MOT tests I would really question. As other reviews have mentioned the name of this dealer changes quite often, I wonder why. Tread carefully

Purchased a lovely car at very reasonable price just by looking online. It was delivered outside my house in less than 48 hours. Highly recommended

Bought a car on 25/10, on my way home with it, it started wobbling which suggests alignment issues. There has since been oil issues with the car too, not even a week into buying it. They are based in Egham and their actual address in Google maps seems fake, as there is an auto shop there instead. I would advise not buying from these guys at all. Avoid the headache. Going to take the car in to assess the manage and how much this mistake will cost me.

been trying to get ahold of the guy who sold me the car called Aly and he is ignoring my calls. I imagine this will be an expensive mistake that I'm going to deal with, according to the over reviews. I've been advised to report the car sold to me to the authorities, as it was sold with it passing all of its checks and in good condition, that clearly is not the case however. not sure how it passed the servicing and MOT!!!

As per MANY horrendous reviews, which we didn’t see before purchasing, we have been sold a completely faulty broken car. Our BMW 3 series was delivered to us, with the car fitted with a non stop start battery (in a stop start car) which was also dead. Immediately after receiving the car it was flat and even hours after purchase the company has refused to do anything about it.

He is claiming he will reimburse £60 (when it costs £200) if we get the old battery to him… when it’s illegal to post batteries, so he expects us to drive 3 hours to get a £60 refund. Plus other clear electrical issues going on which is causing the battery problem which we are investigating tomorrow. He also finds it acceptable to verbally abuse customers.

If everyone who leaves a bad review and who is scammed out of thousands of pounds reports then to trading standard as formal investigation will happen. We have made ours and can only recommend for everyone else to do the same and get them closed down! It only takes a few reports Tarik, there’s multiple court cases against you already.

UPDATE

I changed the car battery, and the car still won’t start. Less than a few days since purchase and they will not answer the phone. Scammers, if anyone has any details on their premises or address please get in contact with me there’s a group on Facebook. Refusing to give us a refund, or answer valls

Doesn't even warrant a star..unprofessional and sold my son a car with a non stop-start battery, has failed to answer or reply to numerous messages..see other reviews..car waiting for diagnostics Cleary going to cost us to fix....such scammers..don't buy from them

Purchased a car from BUDGET CAR SOLUTIONS ,one of the many names they use, on 25/4/21.
Paid £8650. Although actually to a different company BUDGET CARS HEATHROW!
40 min in to our drive home the car breaks down, tried contacting them... nothing.
The next day contacted a mobile mechanic at our expense who couldn’t pinpoint the fault after trying a couple of things. £160!
So we took the car to Mazda ( car make) again at our cost paid for a report. £89
A list full of faults but the main ones were cylinder head and head gasket, both need replacing.
Finally managed to get through to the guy who said that there was nothing they could do as we didn’t take out warranty, that’s a lie!
Under the consumers act 2015 we have the right to return the car if it is not fit for purpose.
Return for a refund denied!
I have asked via email, and text for them to tell me what they propose to do to move forward. Again nothing written!
Currently dealing with citizens advice and trading standards and will have to start court proceedings to try and get this sorted!

They are trading out of a lock up as well on a single road trading estate although this site is not listed on any of their addresses.

I would like to add, I tried to submit a review on Autotrader, this was denied. So please be aware that even if they have good reviews on there, all MAY NOT BE WHAT IT SEEMS!!
