My experience from start to finish was exceptional. We found the car and everything else was arranged by the dealer. Hassle free and there customer service and after sales care is 100% on point. My experience was so good I referred my dad to them and he also bought a vehicle. Again hassle free and fabulous customer service. Rachel looked after us and we truly would like to thank her for everything she has done. Well done to you all and congratulations on having a fantastic business! See you again in a few years.

Last month we purchased a van from Fleet Sales and we are delighted. Rachel and the team at Fleet Services were so very helpful, answering all questions and correspondence swiftly and efficiently. Last week we had an issue with one of the keys but Rachel helped us out to get the issue resolved straight away. Great service and support, would recommend Fleet Sales Leicester - thanks again!

We Have Bought a couple of cars from Rachel and the team at Fleet Sales now over the past 4 years and what a pleasant experience it was. Each time the cars being prepared to a very high standard (compared to what used cars we had been to see at main dealers) and even able to drive them away each time within an hour when we were in a rush. We did have one little problem with a car we had bought from them previously after a few months of driving but Rachel was happy to help us get it sorted swiftly.

A Friendly, Helpful, Non Pushy and Reliable place to buy a used car from and we have recommended them to many people.

It was an excellent service from beginning to end, Rachel was very helpful throughout the process and it was all super fast!! Even the delivery of the vehicle was first class. The car is exactly as advertised if not better. Extremely happy customer and would definitely use Fleet Sales again in the future.

Be very careful of what you buying from this dealership. They were absolutely amazing in sorting out the finances and paper work just to get rid of the car although they knew it that the car has a problem. Also they charged me £300 for a lost spare key.
Please don’t buy from this company.

Honestly fantastic service throughout the whole process of buying the car
The viewing process was pleasant, being able to look around the car without feeling any pressure to buy and then being able to take the car for a test drive at my own pace.
Rachel and Josie made the paperwork look easy and were able to help me through my options and explain them to me, ending up with a great deal on the finance.
The car was very clean and looked mint, couldnt tell it was 4 years old and had done 70k mile,

We bought an Audi Q3 off this dealership, sadly within 1h of driving away we found that there was an issue with the front lights and left us with the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with fault lights. We spoke to Rachel who we now know to be a owner of the company about this and she told us that there was nothing I could do and we need to book it in with our local garage. But to definitely not use Halfords. Sadly this left us with only one headlight driving home for a three hour journey. The vehicle was taken into our local garage and sadly after hours of trying to fix it. They believe that there was a problem with the software of the car. We also found that when driving a vehicle above 70 miles an hour, there was shuddering throughout the car steering.(we have the videos to prove this) we spoke to Rachel again in regards to this and she agreed that we would be able to return the car. We had agreed that we would bring the vehicle back to the dealership itself so that we could get the money back faster. Sadly, when we arrived, Rachel was in a foul mood and when trying to organise a refund, she then decided to tell us that the money would not be in our account for at least another 48hs surprisingly, this was never told to us when we had arranged to bring the vehicle back at our cost. This and left us without a vehicle, and without any money to go and purchase another one which then caused a knock on effect to our jobs. Sadly, Rachel should definitely not be in a customer service role as she is one rude arrogant lady. She tried to blackmail us to sign a contract to not leave any negative reviews on social media in return for the refund. Of course, we refuse to sign this and explained that it was our legal right to reject the vehicle as it was faulty and we had lost confidence in it. I would avoid this dealerships at all costs, because if anything goes wrong, they will not support you or even say sorry !
