My friend bought a car from these crooks he showed it to me when he got it. It smoked and had white residue on filler cap he returned it within two weeks and they refused to give him a full refund they said they had taken it to 2 "independent" garages and there was nothing wrong with it and took him months to get any money out of them at all I have advised him to get trading standards involved if you value your money or just want to deal with reasonable human beings avoid at all costs

I bought a car from these a few months back and had it delivered as I was a few hours away, when I spoke to them it had a few body defects as you'd expect from the age of the car which I could put right so I wasn't bothered and also needed a cambelt as it had no history. When it turned up I tried to tax it but didn't have the new keepers slip so they wanted to tax it for me 6/12 months but when we spoke to DVLA legally they can't do this so be careful, aso I had to store it in my workplace for just over 7 weeks as I couldn't tax it so had to wait for the log book to turn up which cost me more money to apply for, and with doing this I had time to check it over the turbo is no good there's a cv joint clicking away none of the doors locked and the worse part of it is that it's supposed to have a full service to keep up with the AA warranty which it didn't the oil was just above the minimum, but when I was doing a service myself I checked it over to find the drivers drive shaft was loose all the bolts which secure it to the gearbox were loose one of which was hanging in by a thread, it's had repair work on the cills of which have been siliconed on and not welded, so I really wouldn't buy a car from here and go else where,i have kids going in this car which is why I needed this kind of car and would of expected a bit more honesty from a car sales especially knowing I worked in the trade and I told them I'd check it over.

Lies, lies, lies. Ordered a car from them online, over the phone they said it's in excellent condition. When they delivered it I could not check it as I was working. Few hours after that I checked the car and it was in very bad condition, rust, bumps, stains, scratches, paint spilled all over the interior, the engine was shaking the car badly, returned the car to them. Was told refund will be on my account within 7 to 14 days, been almost 3 weeks now and money still not got through, been calling them every day and they keep promising they will call me back, money should be there tomorrow, and so on. Will need to raise it with bank and customer financial ombudsman as I start to doubt that money will ever come back. Be aware of them and don't give them money if you didn't test and see the car yourself.

Don’t know where to start with this lot. Originally ordered a Ford Focus off them in 2020 but got a call saying “the car needs some repairs” and they then showed me other cars to choose, chose a c max and paid online, collected the car and noticed immediately upon driving home with it I noticed there was 0 petrol after I was told it “had loads” and noticed the car was constantly pulling to one side on the drive home, called them and they arranged to collect it and sort it out. Guy comes down from Leicester with flatbed truck and collects it then tells me his truck broke down and he had to drive it back to Leicester & back again to me but that the problem has been fixed, baring in mind that my petrol was used to drive 300+ miles and not even topped back up! Was given a courtesy car by them which was the original Ford focus they had tried to sell me! It was in an absolute state! Had no tax,Insurance or petrol in it! So was unable to use it at all! Had to hire another car at my own expense, The c max came back feeling ok for about a few days and then began driving to one side again, had wheel alignment done at my own expense and still didn’t rectify the problem. I’ve only driven the car around 2-3k miles since buying it as I don’t feel safe driving it at all! Fast forward to 2022 and I finally find a decent mechanic with the time to have a look at the issue and surprise surprise he finds a rotten/corroded subframe at the front and rear which was never mentioned on previous mot’s and I had been storing the car in dry conditions with no damp so this wouldn’t of just happened in the time I owned it! He also found that it has a corroded/damaged mcpherson strut which is why the car is not tracking straight so now I’m faced with a huge repair bill thanks to these lot! Had to replace both rear tyres after 1k miles as the rubber was literally falling of the tyres and was dangerous. Other problems the car has but they wasn’t willing to sort out was the fuel gauge needle says empty (way past 0) but the onboard computer will say around 40-50 miles left? The reserve fuel light doesn’t even come on until the needle goes past empty. Was told car would be given a valet before collection but car was dirty and even had Christmas tree pines under the seats so hadn’t even been washed and hoovered, the seats were filthy. Car was covered in t cut/scratch repair to hide scratches on almost every panel. Bodywork repairs have been done to rear wheel arch and paint does not match so stands out. They cheaply sprayed the cracking rear bumper which has now all flaked off. Handbrake sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t but was told “nothing wrong with it” even though it had been an advisory on previous mot “handbrake travel too far (intermittent)” bearing in mind they apparently sent the car to a Ford dealership to have it inspected and said all was good thinking that I wouldn’t get a second opinion. Just steer clear of this lot their nothing but problems and full of lies and obviously have mot testers and mechanics covering things up for them.

Just bought a Mercedes from SF motors. Everything they have said will be done with the car before taking it was done perfectly. The owner of the business is a very honest person, incredible customer service and I am very happy with the purchase.
