I part exchanged and purchased a new vehicle from prestige. Sam was very easy to deal with , extremely polite, upfront ( for example the car needed ideally 2 new tyres , which we arranged to be done with quality tyres , Michelin, from Costco) and I am delighted with my purchase. I will definitely return for my next purchase. Having been in the trade myself, sometimes cars go wrong and that is just unfortunate , but it can be upsetting as it is often a big purchase. The key is how those issues are dealt with in my opinion. The minor issue in my case was dealt with properly.

Very very very BAD experience,
I was lead to belive car has a full Dealership history, which it does not have. Not even full service history, far from full Dealership. After couple of days I had DPF issue, air con stopped working. Car has been scratched on the day of delivery.
They refused to take vehicle back with promise of repair.
I got courtesy vehicle from them but had to pay for the innsurance.
The warranty they are selling is absolutelly useless.
Just stay away or be very, very careful !
This people will be very nice to you and everything, but they are lying with the smile on their faces.

Bought a Audi A4 2018 estate from this dealer, i left a deposit to see the car and the car was even better than the photos. I’m very happy with the service and communication i received from these guys. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much.

The service has been that good, as well as the large car collection, this is now my second car with Sam and this garage. Great service overall and you can buy with confidence

Please avoid buying from them.
I was sold a car which was like new from outside but inside there were multiple faults with car. The engine start/stop fault came up after 3 months of purchase and had to take it to Nissan repair centre as it needed new battery and software update. After Nissan did vehicle health check there was huge oil leak, which needed new timing cover and suspension ball joint and wishbone were perished.
They do provide Autoguard warranty which is useless as they won’t pass your claim for any of the above repairs and parts required.

I bought a Peugeot 508 Diesel Hybrid in Sep 2022. After delivery, “engine fault” happened everyday during urban drive. Took it back and spent over one week then delivered the car back without fixing !
The “engine fault” still happening and need to be restarted every time .
The sales manager never return call after sales, only returned message that he’s busy or in call , however never return a call .
This company is the worst I ever met. Not reliable and responsible at all.

I bought a Peugeot 208 this weekend from Prestige Car Sales Ltd. I had a great experience with Sam and his team! Quick, excellent, detailed responses and actions from Sam and the team. They have really worked hard behind the scenes to make sure my car left the dealership in immaculate condition. The car was fully serviced and MOT done. They also offer car drop offs, which was really handy for me. The car drives great and it was well priced. I would highly recommend this dealership. Fantastic salesmanship!

What an honest helpful company .I was due to purchase a beautiful BMW from this company and I put a £500 deposit down to hold the car .Sadly my circumstances changed and i was no longer able to purchase the car not expecting to get my deposit back as they could have sold the car instead of putting it on hold for me .Sam was so understanding and he gave me back my full deposit. I will definately go back to them and will recommend them to all my family and friends . Very few companies as honest and professional as they are.
