Can't say enough good things! Bought a Citroen C1 from Dave and Cameron and have had no issues at all with the car. Lovely and friendly guys and every time I haven needed anything checked or looked at, they are always available and have given OUTSTANDING after sales service. Recommended them to my friend who also bought her car from them and has had the same experience! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a second hand car!

I bought a fantastic Toyota argo from here today..brilliant price for the quality of the car I must say! No word of a lie, they had the best customer service I have EVER experienced! As soon as I stepped in they made me a lovely cup of coffee..(and made it perfect) no one can make coffee decently..and they somehow made me feel like a total family member. They were so welcoming, funny and a joy to do business with. Sincere, trustworthy people. I felt so at ease with the two gentlemen that served me..I would most definately highly recommend Hinckley Part Exchange. You're missing a treat if you miss these..definately a cut above the rest.

Bought a little peugot from them on Saturday excellent customer service could nt have been more helpful even a 12 month warranty!! Which is rare these days I wouldn't hesitate to use them again very happy with the car and would highly recommend

Bought our first ever car here just over 6 months ago... wanted to wait until we drove it for a while before reviewing. Touch wood but we haven't had any problems with it yet. The guys were helpful and friendly and I feel like we were pointed in the right direction. They let us know we could call with any problems especially because we had never owned a car before but we haven't needed to as it's been running fine. I would recommend their shop!

I have to admit, I was probably the one person these guys wouldn't have wanted showing up, having not long been done over by a differnt used car place. I was dubious & wary to say the least. However, needs must & partner needed a new car sharpish. Having seen the ad on Autotrader I checked Facebook reviews, Auto trader reviews, Google reviews and I couldn't quite believe how their reviews were so golden.
Unfortunately for Liam, he copped for me. The guy is as genuine as you could hope for. I joked with him I'd "been hurt" and was very cautious. No pressure, no sales pitch. Answered all questions, I had done my homework on common issues. There was no trying to hide anything. Aware of the issues, he guaranteed all of these are double checked before they release the cars.

The warranty is another piece of mind, especially for the range it covers. Unfortunately I had to use it for a mechanical issue that presented, which the guys would have had no idea of at all. There was no issue with getting it resolved promptly.

Months on, no further issues and the car is reliable, exactly what my partner was after. A fun, economical motor, bought from a genuine, reliable, honest, trustworthy outfit.
