I got a fantastic car from these guys! The 8 year old BMW looked like it's practically brand new, I couldn't believe my luck. Their cars are very well looked after and an absolutely incredible customer service. I part ex'd my old car and they accepted the car even with some lights on the dash for a decent price. Wow! Where to start?! I went to visit this garage on a Sunday afternoon and I was not disappointed! The garage was busy some couples there waiting to purchase with this garage again, so repeat custom was clearly a positive start in my eyes! Naheem was working alone and so helped us locate a local Costa coffee shop and promised he would be with me at a specific time. Naheem was so friendly & calm, non of that silly sales gimmick you see at big dealerships! That said, I was hesitant because I have always purchased cars from a big dealerships and felt unsure of the reliability of a smaller dealer.
The car was 100% as described infact even better than described. I noticed all of the cars were of excellent quality and reasonably priced! The car I purchased had higher milage than cars he seemed to stock but that said Naheem had ensured the car had had a full service, cambelt and water pump change, given it only having 1 previous owner and been kept in immaculate condition, it was priced very well! Its obvious that a lasting impression on the cars he sells is top priority, so you know the car you purchase here would be high quality!
The car was clean and ready for a test drive, it drove beautifully the only thing I found was the drivers heated seat didn't work. I left a small deposit on the vehicle and Naheem actually took the car to Volvo dealership and paid for a brand new heatpad which was fantastic! I part exchanged my car and Naheem offered me a very fair amount for my vehicle beating a previous quote i had from a main dealership! Shortly after collecting the car I started experiencing some strange dash errors intermittently appearing and disappearing, I informed Naheem and he was shocked to hear this but adamant to get this all resolved for me as quickly as possible, and if it couldn't be resolved he offered a full refund. Turned out that the battery was fading with a loose connection causing the strange communication messages. Had this sorted by a volvo specialist local to me and Naheem covered this cost. If this had been a main dealer, I know that this level of support and care would not have come close. Despite those minor troubles the entire process remained very positive and stress free! I would most definitely recommend this garage and would definitely return myself in the future if I ever get bored of my beautiful new car!

I was in the market for my 2nd car after having my 1st car for just under 3 years I felt it was a good time to change and move to a newer car. I had an idea of what car I wanted and I spotted a beautiful Grey Seat Ibiza on auto trader. I immediately rang Finsley Gate and arrange to view the car on a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived the car was at the front of the lot and was spotless inside and out. I took the car for a test drive and i felt at ease with Naheem directing me around the roads. I was offered a fair price for my current car, obviously you will find better prices if you was to sell private but i was just looking for a quick and easy part ex for my car. I ended up coming back to Finsley gate on the Wednesday as the seat was put through an MOT so I had 1 year from when purchasing. I couldn’t recommend Finsley gate enough a very relaxed process. Hope to do business again soon as my dad is in the market for an A6. Thank you Nathan :)

Bought a Skoda Superb estate from here. Fantastic, genuine guy to deal with. Left us to have a good look around the car inside and out and let us have a good play with the radio to figure it all out. He offered us a test drive which was a decent test drive on a mix of roads. All the cars look great and he obviously puts a lot of time and effort into finding the right cars.

Having extensively researched a replacement car over several months, I was pleased to find two possibles advertised at Finsley Gate. My wife and I drove up to Burnley on spec, unannounced, on Saturday, to take a look. ( A 100 mile round-trip)
We were warmly received and the proprietor happily allowed us to examine both vehicles at our leisure. We settled on one of them, and got down to details. After a little friendy haggling over the part-ex value of my ageing vehicle, we came to a mutually agreeable deal. No pressure sales, just a relaxed and pleasant manner. The team at Finsley Gate are consummate professionals. We went away to await preparation and MOT for the vehicle, and I journeyed back this morning to collect it. Immaculately valetted and prepared - it is like new.
I don't give out praise lightly, but I have no hesitation in recommending this operation to anyone considering a change of car.
