Absolutely no pressure in any way, shape or form.
The sales office is a converted Barn with top of the range quality cars both inside and out. You feel like your buying a quality product not something thats just been tarted up to look good.
We arrived at our appointment and the car we were interested in was waiting for us. Ben the salesman came to greet us, handed us the keys and asked if we needed showing round the car or left to have a look ourselves and ask questions if needed.
Ben left us to our own devices and after trying most things on the car we took it for a test drive on our own. You only go about a 2 miles but it's far enough to get a feel for the car.
Ben was waiting on our return, I checked all the paperwork for the car and we agreed the price and went into the very nice offices to complete the paperwork.
I paid in full for the car and arranged to have it delivered 3 days later.
A very simple and no fuss or pressure service with very friendly people.
I would definately recommend them and would buy another car without a doubt.
On purchase of the Panamera I gave some feedback to them regarding the Purchase of the vehicle and how i felt I received less than a 5 Star Service on a 30k car.
On paying the deposit for the car I pointed out that the car was green and needed cleaning with moss in all the door shuts despite it having already been "prepped for sale". I also mentioned that the back seats were dirty. I got the car home and on closer inspection a hand car wash would have done a better job of cleaning it. It hadn’t seen a jetwash as moss blew out of every crevice and the spoiler recess was full of moss and leaves which i vaccumed out to prevent damage to its operation. Photo attached of the spoiler up after hoovering….
Far more concerning was the fact I discovered from a smelly AC that the the car had clearly not been serviced, despite there being two invoices with differing dates and within 60 miles of each other, in the last 6 months (attached) detailing major services. After seeking advice from trading standards I insisted on a major service being completed at a Porsche specialist of my finding and choice (not as they make out one they found or suggested) which after much argument the dealer paid for. The specialist kept the removed filters which confirmed they hadn’t been changed by the dealer despite two now confirmed fraudulent invoices!
There wasn’t even an apology offered and I had to fight tooth and nail to get the specialist to service the car as they insisted and could prove it had been done offering a pollen filter swap at a fast fit centre.
Their knowledge of the premium cars they sell is poor as are their after sales and ability to put things right easily when they go wrong.
I wouldn’t trust any invoice provided by them for servicing or work completed, it’s likely to be fraudulent.
The car was delivered and part exchanged for my old car as promised and without any issues.
The car I purchased was exactly as described and any questions I had were answered quickly and concisely.
Great service.
When the car (BMW X5) arrived I immediately spotted several issues; scratches on passenger door, driver door, rear spoiler, paint chip on bonnet and heavily corroded rear badge. All of these were through the paint on this black car and very obviously showing white primer. The delivery driver was most apologetic and he himself actually found and pointed out some of the damage. The car was rejected and all the issues were to be corrected.
The car came back a week later. To their credit the doors, spoiler and badge were sorted but the bonnet chip has been poorly corrected and now sits proud as a black splodge of paint that could have been finished better with a touch up pen from Halfords.
Having now taken delivery of the car, I then found numerous more scratches on the body inside of the rear passenger doors, all through to white primer similar to those found on the outside. This is after having rejected the car once and it being fully reinspected.
I can acknowledge that they are in slightly less visible area generally but still very eye catching every time you open the rear doors and disappointing to see after allegedly having two thorough inspections, suggesting they’ve either been missed twice or, perhaps worse, fall within acceptable limits within their quality policy which I think is partiuclarly poor on a £35,000 vehicle from a company advertising specifically how much they focus on quality and inspection.
I did bring this to their attention and after a bit of back and forth, they, after assessing photos of the damage, deemed that they would cost no more than £250 to resolve professionally, specifically mentioning Chips Away and as such would cover a bill of this amount.
I proceeded to contact 3 nationally recognised smart repair companies, one being Chips Away. They all assessed the same photos the TLR saw and in two cases, came to inspect in person and all quoted 2 - 3 times the price that TLR believed the repair would cost and that they would cover.
I provided copies of these quotes to TLR and have not heard anything back in over a week now and so can only assume that I have been brushed aside now that my sale is complete.
Despite my issues, I was hoping that they would continue to support and actively resolve them and I could still recommend their service as a result. Due to the radio silence and apparent dismissal I can no longer do that.

Second hand car dealer will do everything great until the point they sold the car.
In my case the cars Check Engine light came up, very unfortunate.
They have taking the car back for 2 weeks and I have to chase for update on a regular basis.
They will not mention or tell you anything about the cost of repair until the end, so they can give you the unexpected.
They told me the bill is on me due to the fact I have signed some repair contract with them and it is their right to ask me to pay for the repair even I just had the car for few weeks and the car had problem.
Just to make sure everyone is aware of what they are doing and a good head up if you are considering buying you next loved car.
I would not trust them or recommend anyone using their service.
