Spoke to him on the phone Tuesday, he did all the work and I drove away Thursday morning with a great van for my new business. This is the proper way of doing car sales. I have just purchased my new Mercedes from Dartford 4X4 Centre and have to complement the fantastic service I received from beginning to end. Nothing was too much of an effort for the salesman Mark, he even stayed late beyond the call of duty making sure my purchase was swift and hassle free, keep up the good service as I will definitely be back when I want another!

Unfortunately not such a great experience. Mark sold us "a full awning" which cost us an additional £500, it was half the size of the caravan and unfortunately the awning leaked entirely, ruined everything that was left in it, including my daughter's wheelchair, Mark said he would swap it, on the day we was due to swap we had a text to say the other awning isn't available it's at his cousin's who's on holiday, then I asked simply for a refund if the awning is returned and he said yes after alot of persuading, but now has stopped replying to texts and not answering phone.
