I bought a 13 year old car from Deepdale.
I did my research on the car and the business.
I was happy enough to put a deposit down before seeing the vehicle in person and also happy to travel 90 miles to collect it.
Unfortunately, the car broke down after only 18 miles.
I called Deepdale with a growing sense of unease, but they could not have handled it in a more efficient and professional way.
They sent someone to buy me a coffee (and food had I wanted) whilst the courtesy vehicle arrived. The courtesy vehicle was less than an hour, followed by the recovery truck.
I was quickly called by the owner, who apologised for the problems. He then went on to explain my options - which included a full refund.
I liked them so much, I was happy to wait until they investigated and got back to me.
The problem was diagnosed as a fuel pump. I waited a couple of weeks whilst they got the parts. They kept me updated with progress throughout.
Unfortunately, the fuel pump didn't fix the issue and they had to spend more money to sort.
Because I needed a car quickly, I decided to get my money back. They refunded me with no qualms.
It was an unfortunate incident, and could have happened anytime, but I would thoroughly recommend them - and would use them again.

We would highly recommend Deepdale Motor Company if purchasing a used car & its a pity there is no option for giving this company more than 5 stars as they are worthy of more. They truly go up & beyond in great customer service, There is no pressure whatsoever whilst looking round the fore court & the choice of used cars are second to none, all immaculate & in depth detail on every car.
Every person you deal with at Deepdale are welcoming, friendly & professional. This company certainly take alot of pride in the service they provide.

Had a very positive experience when buying from Deepdale. I traveled from West Yorkshire to view the vehicle. I rang beforehand and they immediately offered to take the vehicle off sale until I had chance to get across. I did not expect this. On arrival we were given the keys and left alone to check the vehicle out. After a decent test drive (alone) and a friendly negotiation I bought the car. Everyone we met at the garage was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Very positive experience purchasing a used vehicle from Matthew. We were greeted in a friendly manner and volunteered the keys for an immediate unaccompanied test drive. Fully transparent disclosure of the vehicle's history which has been MOTd and serviced to give ( all being well) 12 months hassle free motoring. ( Sorry we weren't much good at Heardle/ Hurdle??😉😂) . Recently purchased a used vehicle from Deepdale Motor Company and couldn’t have been happier with the transaction and the vehicle purchased . Mathew the salesman couldn’t have been more helpful and the no pressure sales tactics used by other companies was non existent just what you want when purchasing a car and after travelling down from Scotland . Recently part exchanged my wife’s Vauxhall for a Honda, as we had travelled in my car we didn’t have it with us, I can hear you saying how stupid we are !, after giving them details of the car we wanted to part exchange we were given a decent offer. All the people we dealt with were very professional, polite, friendly and honest, as we both work shifts as nurses were even given the offer of someone staying back later to help us sort stuff out if we couldn’t get over during office hours.

The Honda came to us cleaned, serviced and is a really great car.

I would 100% buy from this company again and probably will when the time comes for me to change my own car
