I did my research on the car and the business.
I was happy enough to put a deposit down before seeing the vehicle in person and also happy to travel 90 miles to collect it.
Unfortunately, the car broke down after only 18 miles.
I called Deepdale with a growing sense of unease, but they could not have handled it in a more efficient and professional way.
They sent someone to buy me a coffee (and food had I wanted) whilst the courtesy vehicle arrived. The courtesy vehicle was less than an hour, followed by the recovery truck.
I was quickly called by the owner, who apologised for the problems. He then went on to explain my options - which included a full refund.
I liked them so much, I was happy to wait until they investigated and got back to me.
The problem was diagnosed as a fuel pump. I waited a couple of weeks whilst they got the parts. They kept me updated with progress throughout.
Unfortunately, the fuel pump didn't fix the issue and they had to spend more money to sort.
Because I needed a car quickly, I decided to get my money back. They refunded me with no qualms.
It was an unfortunate incident, and could have happened anytime, but I would thoroughly recommend them - and would use them again.
Every person you deal with at Deepdale are welcoming, friendly & professional. This company certainly take alot of pride in the service they provide.

The Honda came to us cleaned, serviced and is a really great car.
I would 100% buy from this company again and probably will when the time comes for me to change my own car
