useless reception staff so bought my new car from jct mercedes of sheffield worst reception around dixd complain but waste of time

I dont really want to give it 1 star but its the least I can give.

Shocking customer service, have left messages for days for a return of call and receive nothing. The reception lady even says she has been trying the same phone line for weeks and never got a reply.

How can a main dealer operate like this.

Waited whilst Customer Care replaced door inner seal. Half an hour later, all done! Excellent job. Very impressed. Can recommend!
