We have just purchases a car from them and received great service throughout the process. From the first call to collection nothing was too much trouble. We live over 150 miles from the dealer but the journey was worthwhile as the car was better than described. We travelled by train and were collected from the station and driven to the showroom. What makes this business exceptional is their customer service. Octavain, who is incredibly friendly and professional, kindly delivered our car all the way to Exmouth for us. He is a credit to the company and it genuinely a really lovely person who really cares about customer care. We felt very secure and well looked after and pleased that we'd found a genuine and honest dealer.

Additionally, when we had a small electrical fault after 6 weeks, we dropped it round and Octavian willingly and promptly fixed it, for free, and again delivered the car back to us in Exmouth. The after-sales service is the best we've ever received and it was also nice to see Octavian again!

I would recommend this service to anyone and they definitely deserve 5 stars.
