found this company online, was easy too contact them too book and lay a deposit hold to visit and see the car. On arrival everyone was very friendly and helpful. The car sales man mo was fantastic, showed us around the car and took me out on a test drive. Very knowledgeable! I decided to pay finance rohith was fantastic, guided me every step of the way. Very happy customer.

Was with my Nephew today to get his GLC and Rohit went above and beyond. The staff generally, i have never come across a dealership with genuine people who are straight up with you as i have today. Initially i went with my nephew because i've had bad experiences and didnt want him to go through what i felt, however, after visiting this dealership they have made me look at it from a whole different aspect. I genuinely felt the complete level of transparency and not for a second felt as if i am being upsold.

Really happy with my experience at Quality Part X. I came to part exchange my fiat 500 and upgrade to the 500x and the whole experience was great from start to finish. All my questions were answered and the process was simple and quick. I was able to leave with my new car the same day which was amazing!
