I purchased my BMW from Carsaz and found the entire experience fantastic and very easy. Given that I live over 3 hours from them, I saw the photos online, did a deal over the phone and put a deposit down, drove down a few days later and bought the car. It was well prepped and despite a small issue regarding a key (which they put right), I could not have asked for anything more. They left me alone to view the car by myself which I liked; no hassle at all. The whole team were very welcoming and accommodating and offered refreshments which was great. I would have no hesitation recommending Carsaz to others and I would personally definitely purchase another car from these guys. Thank you to Chris the manager and Chris the sales person I dealt with for a great experience!

Picked up an excellent Ford Focus this week from the guys at Carsaz Park Gate. Brilliant service, so helpful - especially considering this was my first dealer car purchase. They were patient with my questions and showed me around the car to explain all the functions.

Their showroom style photos on the website are the best I’ve seen - and done in such a way that you know the condition of the car well before you turn up. Very useful and no doubt one of the many reasons this company has such good reviews. You know what you are getting.

Staff member Peter was superb and his customer service was top notch. From a customer service background myself I was highly impressed with his approach and professionalism. From arrival to driving away, I have to say I couldn’t be happier.

My daughter has just bought a car from here and I must say that the service was amazing. Alan, the salesman, was brilliant. There was no hard sell, just friendly chat. My daughter took the car for 2 test drives and Alan wasn't concerned how long we went out for. He just wanted her to make sure she was happy with the car.

What can I say other than WOW! Lovely, older vehicle, fully serviced and MOT for collection, and transported down from Bristol for a small, refundable deposit so we could test drive.

We really needed a vehicle with a bigger boot as we have gained a puppy. The team's customer service was above and beyond, and it was lovely that we were able to bring Hugo with us, and his cage, to the test drive/purchase.

Alan, our salesman, was fantastic from start to finish. He kept us updated on the transport of the car from Bristol to Park Gate, and helped us through the sales process. There was no pressure and the whole sale was transparent and simple. The price was incredibly fair and we are very very pleased with the car (so far!)
