I've got to be honest, I hate buying cars and I don't trust dealers but Coppull Motors sold us a cracking little car and have restored my faith.CM have a great selection of quality used cars so plenty to choose from. The deal was easy, no pressure whatsoever.
On picking up the car it was well valeted and serviced. Likewise handover was simple again with no pressure. All in all a really pleasurable experience, big thanks to all at Coppull Motors. .

NEW TYRES 1 WEEK AFTER PURCHASE!

Purchases a Used Suzuki (2014), the dealer informed me he would Re- MOT as there wasn't long left. I thought this meant he would take care of both Majors and Advisories before I drove away. However, it came up with an advisory for the N/S front tyre worn close to legal limit (dealer refused to change as was within MOT limits) .As I was driving the car it didn't feel right on a bends so went to have my tyres checked, only to find the rear tyre was (78% worn) a type 1 tyre older the car, was cracking and had a lower tread then the N/S tyre that had come up on the advisory. Front tyres also came up as needing to be replaced in the near future. The dealer will probably say this is ok, as its within MOT limits, but i'm sure most people will agree you shouldn't need to put new tyres on a car 1 week after purchase used or not!

First time financing a car and would definitely recommend this place. The guys are lovely, very happy .

Not happy with this company bought car from them didnt pay the rest of finance off on the car we traded in wife had payment come out of bank for it still not recieved that back off them told us car had free tax but yet she just received logbook and its 30 pound tax wich isnt alot but why lie about it car has been in accident wich didnt tell us about would not buy anything off these again as really upset with them if we hadnt of contacted them they wouldnt of even payed her car off that was in on the deal back doors would not shut when opened not happy at all

I like the staff here but they told me they’d taxed my new car but hadn’t. Car broke down after 2 weeks but to be fair they collected it, repaired it and got it back to me in a week. Didn’t send off for the log book on the car I part exchanged with so I got a letter threatening a £100 fine. So, they’re admin is not very good but the cars I have bought have been reasonable.
