I bought some spare parts from here after seeing an ebay add. Very helpful and prompt, accepted my offer over the phone and I was down the next day to collect. Item fully as described. Clean tidy premises. They had a huge variety of car parts and don't just sells cars alone. Thanks

Top service, repaired an annoying noise from my wheel for a reasonable price instead of kwik fit quoting to replace the whole calliper - honest service!

Deposit was not refunded
I paid a deposit of £500 to hold a car until viewing it, after nine days I went to view the car, and the car was not as described, as on Autotrader advert stated the car come with Front and rear parking sensors, But it was only rear parking sensors!! I asked why and they said we put the registration number, and it comes automatically by Autotrader, so they didn't check, obviously. I asked them to refund my money, and they said NO refund!! .. By UK law, I am entitled to a full refund. I submitted a request to my bank to refund the money. After five days, the bank sent me a letter saying they tried to recover the money, but the company has a £0.00 balance in their bank account, so that they couldn't recover any money.. Now, this issue with the police as submitted to the Action fraud department
