This is an honest review from an individual.
After a long search I found the car I wanted at the right price at Rovia Cars. I am based 150miles away from them, so I phoned them and they answered all of my queries through the phone.
They reserved the car for me 48hours as a favour because I was travelling.
When I arrived, I literally spent a whole day there looking at 2 cars, David was with me most of the time. Very patient, no pressure whatsoever to sale. I did the test drives, you can look at the car as long as you want.
Only if you are happy and satisfied then you buy the car.
David and his dad were very nice with me during the whole process.

Post-Review: I had a mechanical failure with the car within 3 months of purchase and unfortunately it wasn't covered by the warranty that Rovia Cars gave me. However, I contacted Rovia Cars and they decided to cover the costs of the repairs from their own pockets. No other car dealer would do that.
You can buy with them with complete piece of mind

Purchased a VW Golf several months ago. Fair price, good part exchange, great personal service, car delivered to me 25 miles away. Well run, organised and honest business that I wouldn't hesitate to use in the future. Great communication from David throughout, would recommend without any caveats.

Bought a BMW 1 series last year in November, the customer service was great and helped sort problems with the car when I picked it up. However If I knew how many problems I was to have with this car I wouldn't have bothered even looking at the car. In less than a year I've spent 2 grand on repairing the car, most recent one which is currently happening now is over a grand repair. The body work and condition of the wheels wasn't great which I would have liked to have seen in pictures before making the 2 hour trip and have been quoted £320 on wheels refurb and £1600 to sort bodywork/scratches/paint out.

The guys who I spoke too when buying the car were nice enough and solved the boost leak at the time. But I've literally had so much trouble with the car and wish I never bought it. I've not even driven it 4000 miles

Bought a Mercedes’ A class and have received nothing but prompt, professional service throughout - it’s my first time buying a car so I had concerns especially with the dealer being a fair distance from me but whatever issues I’ve had the team were on hand to help me throughout and will always go out of their way - I will be recommending and will no doubt return for a new purchase in the future. We bought a car from them. I found them to be thoroughly decent, nice people. The car was a decent price and in good condition. We had the rear wiper stop working on the car within the 3 month warranty period and they sent the part and paid for a local garage to fit it for us. We lived far away, so that was really helpful them allowing us to use a local garage for the repair. I would 100% recommend this garage. It seemed like a totally decent family-run business. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.
