Took my daughter to this garage to purchase her a newer car after driving nearly a year. Absolutely amazing service from staff. Our first visit was good, we was left to look around the car,, NO pushy sales person going on at us!!. We was always kept in contact with when sorting out Finance and Collection. One happy Mum and Daughter. Would highly recommend to anyone and would be happy to purchase from there again. *A

I bought from this dealer an 8 year old Audi with little millage, which looked good at first but, unfortunately, turned out to be in a very poor condition. They told me that they check their cars thoroughly and I trusted this was the case. The car was back with the dealer for repairs a couple of times. Moreover, I did only 1500 miles within 3 months and started to experience more and more problems with it. One day, while driving, I thought I wouldn’t get back home safely. The whole car started to vibrate and make very loud noise all over. When I left it with Audi service, it turned out the break discs were totally corroded and worn, and only new pads were previously put on them. The pads got damaged because of that, which exposed me to danger. I'm really happy that nothing happened to me. The dealer told me that this was just a normal wear and tear and they didn’t accept the responsibility for it.

There are plenty of other issues which fixing will cost me a lot of money. I hope I will be able to reject the car and recover my money on a legal way.

This was a very good lesson, which teaches me that it’s better to pay a bit more money and go to a reputable dealer, saving yourself the trouble and stress which I have been going through. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing any goods.

I purchased a 2004 Mercedes from these guys a couple of weeks ago. The service was great, there was none of that typical car sales rubbish. They were honest and upfront about everything with no pressure at all. Great - job done. Or so i Thought.
On the drive home (about an hour and a half) I noticed that the car was low on power and no matter how hard I pushed it the engine would not rev and there was no grunt at all, then the engine warning light came on. The next day all seemed well, but then it happened again. Everyday for a week after driving for 20 minutes or so the car went into limp home mode. So I emailed the garage to explain, they called me back, arranged to come and collect the car to see what was what.
It turns out that the EGR valve was badly blocked, most likely due to the previous owner using a diesel for short journeys. They arranged to have the valve replaced and as a precautionary measure check and clean the DP filter as well. and when the work was done and the car was tested to ensure that nothing else was wrong and the fix had worked, they drove it all the way to my place of work so that I was not further inconvenienced by having to drive to collect it; all for free.

Bob and his team are a good group of chaps just doing the best they can for their customers, and it shines through. In a couple of years when I will be looking for a newer vehicle I will no problem at all in paying them another visit.

Purchase of the car was fine, no issues.

Appalling aftercare, with the vehicle falling within its warranty and the battery completely died on my wife, whilst trying to do the school run. Called the dealers and was dismissed with no sense of aftercare, despite the battery issue not falling directly under their warranty - no referral to anyone that could, nothing. No sense of help, regarding the stressful situation for my wife.

HomeStart called through our own vehicle cover and they were brilliant and whilst there starting the vehicle my wife called the dealership again for assistance and had to persuade for a recommendation for a replacement battery that we were able to pay for at trade price, who once again fitted and were excellent considering the circumstances. We’ve still got 3 years to pay on the finance taken out through the dealership but such experiences you deeply regret supporting such businesses, the follow-up call with the ‘self-proclaimed’ owner, from a disgruntled customer was to handle it as if he was a 5 year old with no apology, or ownership or sense of help until pushed for the experience from a vehicle purchased 2 Months ago!!! Work on your after care service, take some responsibility and remember when you might value that little help one day

Buying a car is usually straight forward outside of Covid as you can have plenty of freedom to explore and test drive a car before you buy.

So it was a new concept buying a car you can’t test drive before you make your decision and part with your money. However, buying a car under click & collect was made easier with Bob at Uk trade vehicles as he made our experience from initial phone call through to driving away as effortless and completely reassuring us whilst complying with the current restrictions in making the whole experience as smooth as possible.
We part exchanged our car, selected our new car and drove away within the hour of turning up for our booked appointment slot. The car we bought was 100% as described not just from the advertisement but over the phone and upon viewing close up.

Bob was not at all like the usual pushy salespeople you often come across and made us feel very pleased we came to do business with him. Thank you Bob for everything, we are very happy with the service we received and now loving our new car! 😁👌

Bought a 2012 Avensis from here recently. Found the car to be exactly as described and illustrated ( no funny camera angles hiding dents or scratches) on the web site . Bob and Mark were easy to talk to and never tried to apply any "pressure" to take out any extra services. Will definitely use again when the next car in our family needs replacing.
