Scott was great. Tremendous customer focus, engaging, friendly persona. I bought from distance and bombarded him with queries and requests to clarify certain points having not physically seen the car. Nothing was too much trouble. I was really impressed with the thorough preparation too, no stone left unturned. As a result when the car was delivered everything was perfect, everything that was promised to be done, had been done.
I would buy from Gatehouse again and highly recommend them, superb.

This company had restored my faith in used car sales! I had the pleasure of dealing with Scott who is extremely professional, patient and friendly. I was unable to view the car I bought in person so he took the trouble of supplying me with a comprehensive live video and answered all of my questions quickly and knowledgeably. Even Neil who delivered my car today (a week early) was extremely nice and took me through the basic details and the car is absolutely immaculate. I am so happy with my purchase, made all the more easy by Scott. I only wish that the garage was closer to me so I could use them for all of my future servicing and mechanical needs! Highly recommended. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the buying experience very relaxed and straightforward. We made an enquiry at 9am on Friday and the car was available to inspect and test drive, as promised, just over an hour later. The car was immaculate and had already been serviced and fully prepared for sale. And, as we were only in the area for a few hours, the team at Gatehouse made sure, following a further valet, that it was available for us to collect at 2pm the same day. Scott was very informative, helpful and polite throughout my car purchase. He was in no way a pushy salesman which has been my experience in the past ( which puts me off purchasing). I raised a couple of things during my test drive which were looked at prior to purchasing. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. As I am someone who does not know much about cars Scott was helpful in showing me how features worked. Would definitely recommend and I am very happy with my new car.

I recently bought my 2018 Fiat 500 from Gatehouse Car Sales and was guided by the lovely Scott, who made sure to explain everything to me in layman's terms (which is helpful as I'm awful with technicals!). Scott responded very quickly to all of my queries via text, which was very helpful as I can't make phone calls during work hours, and kept me informed of the process the entire way through. The socially-distanced test drive meant my partner and I could take the car out by ourselves and get a real feel for the car, while Scott ensured he had everything he needed to ensure both our safety and the car's back at Gatehouse. Scott also helped me part-exchange my old car, which got me a nice little chunk taken off the final price! Scott put me at ease through the entire process (it helped that he was playing my kinda music in his office!) and is a great asset to Gatehouse.
