Extremely pleased with the purchase of my Renault Mégane from Stenson Farm Car Sales. Richard & Kevin are very nice guys. I wasn't able to buy my car there and then, so Richard kindly offered to drop it off to me in Nottingham free of charge. Basically, Richard is exactly the sort of person you want to buy a car from: A gentleman with integrity.

Purchased a used Clio for my daughter from Richard at Stenson Farm car sales today 13/8/22. Very pleased with both the car and the service from Richard. I feel very positive about the whole experience. The car was well presented and came with a 3 month warranty, MOT and had been serviced- all for a good price. Would recommend and be happy to buy from him again.

I was looking for a vehicle with a particular spec. After finding it amongst Richard's lot, he showed me the car inside and out via video call. The car was as described when I saw it. After taking it home, a minor fault occurred but being 165miles away meant I wasnt able to take it to Richard to investigate under the warranty. We came to an arrangement and I can say that I'm very happy with Richard's service and after care.

Bought my first car here. Great service from Richard and no hard sales. He showed me the car and then left to let me look over the car myself. After a test drive I bought the car and organised delivery. Great service and I would buy from there again.

My review is mirrored by 99% of the others. Richard is an asset to the Stenson Farm Car Sales name with Non-invasive sales tactics that were a treat, I’d love to see other dealers adopt the style. With a few very minor issues with the car, Richard has been forthcoming and quick to aid. Needless to say, I love my purchase, and the whole process has been great. I feel very fortunate that this has been my experience with purchasing my first car. I can assure you, I’ll be using these again.

I am so happy with the service I have received from Richard at Stenson farm car sales!!
The customer service is definitely at the forefront of this business! A little background, I suffer from agoraphobia and don’t travel out of my small town, so viewing a vehicle is difficult. But not with stenson farm car sales. They brought the car to my home for me to have a test drive and look over the car. At no expensive to myself! Now to me that is fantastic customer service!
I received my new vehicle yesterday and what can I say? It’s truly fantastic! No issues, 3 month warranty and it was delivered to my home address for an extremely small fee!
I felt the process from test drive to receiving my new car was smooth, quick and thoughtfully done!
