Supremely pleasant experience from initial contact to car purchase. No hard sell and relaxed process for car viewing, documentation examination, test drive and reasonable negotiation. TJ was very helpful with concerns and queries and willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Even after sales experience has been great with advice provided on car maintenance and security. This is very reassuring as most dealers lose interest in their customers once they have made the sale. Highly recommended.

I had seen an Audi TT online that I was very interested in, I rang for further details and spoke to Javed.
Javed dealt with all my queries and even went the extra mile providing me with walk around videos of the car. We made a deal on the phone and I drove 180miles from Yorkshire to collect. There was no pressure or pushy sales tactics, I had a good look around and checked all the documentation before taking it for a test drive. Fantastic customer service, car described perfectly, quality motor cannot fault at all. Would definitely recommend and use in the future. The trip was well worth it.
