Very happy indeed - Good old fashioned customer service was great. We discussed our requirements and were provided with several good solutions. The car we chose was perfect and ticked all boxes. It came with a few minor adjustments to our liking, a brand new full service and full years MOT as well as a very affordable 15 month warranty for extra piece of mind. It's been a few months now, we couldn't be happier and can't recommend it highly enough!

Well I bought a car on finance from them after I had a bad experience with a different dealer and well I couldn't be happier. The service is amazing, they good honest people and have quick response times. They have also been helping me with my other dealer issues.
Even though there were a few things needed fixing or tweaking on the car I was happy for them to do it and they were happy to do it. They listened to all my needs and were accommodating as well as offering me a courtesy car whilst they did mine. When you are buying a second hand car you cant expect perfection but as long it's close enough and the company is able to offer help and service then it's a win win. I'd recommend notley car centre to anyone. I am a very happy customer.

Recently purchased a Suzuki from BCC. Too early to tell if the car has any issues but nothing so far. The salesman came across as very genuine which in today's world is rare. Left to look around the car on our own with no hassle...test drove the car, again, on our own with no hassle. The experience of purchasing a car is often daunting as most people are not experts...was put at ease and the whole process was very unhurried. Would recommend.

Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Not only have they sold me a car with a broken entertainment system they are not helping it get fixed. They asked me to get a quote for the issue and are avoiding paying for this. The vehicle also had a broken side light and broken rear light. The lock on the back door was broken. The front windscreen has a chip in it. The advertisement said it has 2 keys but it only has 1. Non of the issues had been listed on the advertisement and you would expect a dealer to fix all this before selling regardless of age. Please do not buy from here. They will cause you nothing but trouble.

5 Stars for this business! Upon arriving at their office I was instantly handed the keys to the vehicle of my choice and left alone to look around at my own leisure! I was offered a cold drink as it was baking hot on the day followed by a lengthy test drive which led to me purchasing the vehicle there and then. The vehicle drove back home without any issues and I am delighted with my purchase! What a great team at Botley Car Centre

Avoid! Sell vehicles that wont last more then a couple months mine lasted 5 weeks within there warranty period and wont fix just excuses that are not true. Wouldn’t even give them one star!
Avoid at all cost better of walking then buying a vehicle from them!!
