Would definitely recommend Cars HQ. Purchased my first car from them last week, a lovely little Fiat 500. I was satisfied with the deal & the warranty that was offered. Had looked at other flats of the same age & this one was a fair price with lower mileage. So far the car drives well & looks lovely. Cant wait to pass my test now.

So refreshing to deal with someone honest and not full of sales pitch. Shaf clearly cares for his customers, this was a really good experience and a great value car. Really can't praise enough. Buy a car from this place. All the checks are done all the paperwork is correct ,very full service history and receipts. It's clear they don't buy lemons and they don't sell them either.

I got my Nissan Elgrand from Cars HQ and the service was as outstanding as the car! Great communication from Shaf, I knew exactly when things were going to happen. Can’t recommend enough! This is the 2nd car I have bought from these guys, they’re awesome!

Its always a bit of a worry, to put a deposit down on a car and of a dealer you know nothing about. Having arrived at train station and picked up by Shaf, it was quite apparent that he's a true and sound guy. Car was exactly how he described it to be, no hassle with me looking it over and with test drive.
He is in new premises now, have no doubt that it will look the part in the coming months. It was a pleasure dealing with a guy without the usual sales pressure you normally get. Cheers Shaf, hope all goes well for you.

Genuinely the best car dealership I've ever bought a car from. On arrival I was approached and handed the key to the car I was interested in. The owner was quite happy for me to have a good look around followed by a test drive without hassle or hovering over my shoulder. There was no pressure to buy the car and any questions I had were answered with correct documentation to back up. I was treated like a human rather than the next person to make them a sale. Really genuine honest friendly owner , best service I’ve ever received when buying a car. Picked me up from train station free of charge. Even informed me that the finance company had paid him too much (which I would never have known) and reimbursed me. Gave me a brilliant warranty deal. 10/10 car dealer

I can not recommended this garage any higher. Absolutely fantastic, no pressure to buy, no standing over me and no unnecessary sales talk. Just a friendly service and how buying a car should be. I came away with a fantastic car at a fantastic price and I even got picked up to complete the sale to save me getting a taxi.
