If I could do 0 stars I would!
Booked in for an MOT and Full Service over 2 weeks ago and even had a phone call from them to confirm time.
SCAMMERS!
I showed up this morning to an empty car showroom and 2 blokes that said they havent got any bookings and lied straight to my face when I showed them my confirmation email. I spoke to the same bloke on the phone!
Avoid at all costs!! Too good to be true 🤬

Now my car has no MOT and have to try and book in else where!

Would not recommend them to my worst enemy! My motorbike broken down on me couple weeks ago so I contacted the owner of the business as I knew him personally, he has recovered my bike to his workshop which was 9.9miles,then been told that the issue was the fuel pipe that has already been replaced 2months back then I was messed about for about a week until I was able to come and collect it, been charged £100 for recovery and fuel pipe replacement and and this stage I already thought its a bit of a rip off but I thought if the problem is solved I won't be complaining, I picked up the bike and Sam has assured me that the problem was solved so I got back home on the bike (around 1mile) and next day morning I went to work on the bike,I have done around 6miles then the bike has broke down again exactly the same way it has broke before it went to NRJ garage, I have tried contacting Sam number of times hoping he will take the responsibily for the job he did,unfortunately I have been ignored every single time. I surely won't use his services ever again.

Disappointed with customer service here. We bought a decent car from here a few years back and had no problems with it and recently bought another used car which, despite the issue with the paper work, has also been fine considering its age. All was well until after the purchase it transpired the car had no V5 or it had been lost, but either way I never received the log book in the post and Sam refused to give me the new keepers slip or apply for a new one - he cut me off and refused to return any of my messages so I had to apply for it myself and pay for it through the DVLA which took ages. Very odd, evasive behaviour for a simple thing he could have easily sorted out. I found the whole thing strange and won't be using their services again which is a shame.

I booked MOT and they confirmed, and then when my MOT time they said they dont have MOT that time. Dont trust them anymore

Excellent service- I got booked and sorted out with 4 tires and alignment all within 24 hours at the weekend.
The pricing was competitive, they kept their word in keeping me updated (we all have busy schedules) and the office staffs politeness was second to none.
The work itself- I've now covered 100 miles and can say the work completed is to an excellent standard (all straight true and no vibration at any speed.

My husband bought an over priced car and they failed to mention all the things wrong with it. The clutch had to be changed, there was tears in the seats, there was mould growing everywhere. The boot gas struts didn't work. The glove box was broken and it was in dire need of a service. The oil was burnt and smoking. The radio also had bad static, also didn't get a the upto date V5 but instead a previous owners and all my husband got was a £100 refund. The car (Zafira) generally felt horrible to drive. If we had known about these problems we would not have bought it especially for that price. Awful company, AVOID!

Good experience overall. Took my car in at last minute due to a failed alternator. They took it in and I got my car back a week later working fine. Only problem was they did not text me when it was done buy apart from that, there were no other problems.

they are a bunch of cow boys was told that the car had been valeted and when i collected there was black stuff stuck everywhere it stank of wee and i have to do 2000 worth of work to it.They will not fix it even though it is still under guarantee. the owner had me in tears in the shop and he did not care. He is not a very nice man at all.DONT GO TO THEM FOR A CAR I HAVE WARNED YOU
