CarStore Gloucester

Recently brought my new car from CarStore Gloucester. The experience was totally hassle free & a pleasure dealing with Elliott from the team, he was friendly, kind & patient with me. Everything was fully explained in detail and there was no pressure with any of the extras.
I was nervous at first as the car I wanted to buy wasnt actually at the Gloucester store & therefore I wouldn't see it till it arrived..! Elliott reassured me and explained the process of getting my car to Gloucester, I would then have 2 weeks to see if I wanted to keep my car. I'm glad I trusted Elliott as I love my new car..!!
Overall excellent customer service from Elliott and would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

I had such an amazing experience in buying my new car from CarStore! Elliott was my advisor and he was extremely helpful throughout the process! There was no pressure and everything was explained thoroughly, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through! I am quite picky when it comes to fine details but they were very understanding with everything! All of the staff are lovely and welcoming so I would 100% recommend using CarStore to buy your next car:)

Olivia and Dave were really lovely and helpful. I was there for service and repairs of my car. The work was slick and it was ready for pick up next day. The health check video from Sam was really helpful and detailed. Olivia is a great expert and helped me understand care plan which is absolutely amazing. The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend seeing car store.

Great service for the third time buying a Mercedes a class from Elliot, he goes above and beyond all the time and he even came on his day off to make sure I get my car on Sunday. I will defiantly be coming back for the forth car! Amazing deal and brilliant customer service from him couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Absolutely over the moon with Connors efforts from start to finish when buying my Audi! I received a prompt phone call arranging a test drive shortly after enquiring about the vehicle online. Connor was very professional and friendly upon arrival to the dealership which is very smart and clean. He explained a few details about the vehicle and I was quickly out for my test drive with no hassle. After deciding to purchase the vehicle everything was processed quickly & efficiently with pick up of the vehicle happening just a few days after deciding to go ahead. I would definitely reccomend the car store if you're in the market for a new car! Very satisfied customer!!

This was the first time we have ever bought a car from a car sales business and were anticipating a pushy car sales person and the hard sell. I am delighted that this was not the case at all. Liam was relaxed and very patient and took his time to explain and reexplain any of our queries. He was very informative and we didn’t feel under any pressure from him to buy a car or any associated products.
